SAMC provides continuously casted alloy welding rods with quality at the international level, including “cobalt-based“ and “nickel-based” rods with diameters of 2.8 – 8.0 mm. The alloy welding rods products have complete size specifications, uniform compositions, no segregation, low impurity, good flowability, small size tolerance, and customized rod lengths. The alloy welding rods are suitable for gas and arc welding.
SAMC also provides “iron-based hardfacing welding rods” with diameters of 1.2 – 5.0 mm and alloying content higher than 15%. Based on the microstructure, our products can be divided into “martensitic alloy steels”, “martensitic stainless steels”, “high-chromium cast iron”, and “tungsten carbide” series. The welding rods can serve as uniform fillers with small diameter tolerance and can be applied to different manufacturing process, such as arc welding, submerged-arc welding, atmospheric plasma spraying, oxy-acetylene spraying, etc. The hardfacing welding rods are suitable for strengthening of wear/corrosion/high temperature resistant mechanical parts in fields like metallurgy, mining, and energy industries.
